Shipping policy

1. Overview

Zaidi Refrigerant Supply delivers refrigerant across Arizona and ships to eligible destinations in the United States. We serve HVAC professionals, contractors, businesses and wholesale customers. All sales are subject to the EPA refrigerant sales rules described in our Terms of Service.

2. Arizona same-hour delivery

- Service area: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale and Goodyear. We guarantee delivery within one hour of order acceptance inside this area.

- Hours: we take and deliver orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the guarantee applies at any hour.

- When the hour starts: when we confirm acceptance of your order. The automated order-receipt email does not start the clock.

- Delivery fee: none for accepted Arizona local delivery orders. Sales tax still applies.

- Elsewhere in Arizona: we quote a delivery time when we accept your order, and that quoted time applies instead of the one-hour guarantee.

Someone at the delivery address must be able to receive the cylinders, and the location must be able to receive them safely and lawfully. We may ask the recipient to sign.

3. Nationwide shipping

Wholesale orders of one full pallet (50 cylinders) or more, arranged by phone, ship free to eligible destinations in the United States. Mixed orders do not qualify for this offer. Nationwide retail shipping rates are $13 for Standard or $19 for Express, selected at checkout. Refrigerant ships as hazardous material, so it moves by carriers and methods that comply with transport rules. Extra charges such as liftgate, residential or appointment delivery are disclosed before the order is final.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a guaranteed date in writing. The one-hour guarantee does not apply to nationwide shipments.

4. Eligibility checks

Before an order for regulated refrigerants is placed, we verify that the buyer may legally purchase them, which can require technician certification or related documents.

5. Payment

Retail customers, including those ordering for nationwide shipping, can pay directly by card at checkout. Nationwide orders paid by Zelle or certified check are dispatched once the funds are confirmed. For Arizona local delivery, all payment methods are accepted upon receipt of the order.

6. Delivery address

Please give a complete, accurate address and make sure the location can receive the shipment. Wrong or incomplete addresses can delay delivery or add charges, and may void the one-hour guarantee.

7. Tracking

Nationwide shipments include tracking when the carrier provides it. For Arizona deliveries, call 602-833-9002 for an update.

8. Lost, damaged or incorrect shipments

Contact us promptly at ZaidiRefrigerantSupply@hotmail.com with your order number and a description. We may ask for photos. Do not use or handle a cylinder that looks damaged or unsafe, and call emergency services if there is an immediate hazard.
