2. Website information

This website gives information about our products and services, including refrigerants for sale, product specifications, pricing, shipping options and wholesale purchasing. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date. Availability, pricing, specifications and shipping terms may change, subject to the law and the terms confirmed for each order.

3. Refrigerant products and regulatory compliance

Refrigerants may be subject to federal, state and local laws on their sale, purchase, handling, transport, recovery and use. Customers are responsible for meeting the eligibility, certification, licensing and other legal requirements that apply to their purchase and intended use.

Zaidi Refrigerant Supply may ask for appropriate documents and may refuse or cancel orders when the law permits or requires it.

4. Pricing and orders

Prices may be subject to sales tax and any shipping charges disclosed at checkout or otherwise agreed. There is no delivery fee for accepted Arizona local delivery orders. Wholesale pricing, bulk discounts and shipping arrangements may depend on order quantity, availability, destination and the terms of the offer.

Orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. Pricing errors, inventory mismatches and order issues are handled in line with the law and our Terms of Service.

5. Shipping and delivery

We guarantee delivery within one hour of order acceptance inside our Arizona service area at any hour, as set out in our Shipping policy. The one-hour period starts when we confirm acceptance of the order. An automated order-receipt email does not count as acceptance.

Wholesale orders of one full pallet (50 cylinders) or more, arranged by phone, ship free to eligible destinations in the United States, provided the product, packaging, transport and regulatory requirements are met. Mixed orders do not qualify for this offer. The one-hour guarantee does not apply to nationwide carrier shipments, which follow the delivery estimates and terms given for the shipping method. See our Shipping policy for details.

Third-party product names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners, and their appearance here does not imply ownership or affiliation unless we say so.

Customers should verify product compatibility and read the manufacturer's specifications and safety information before buying, handling or using refrigerants. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

How personal information is collected, used and disclosed through this website is described in our Privacy Policy.
